The very first thing I would suggest is to get a group of dedicated women to commit to speaking with the girls. From there we contacted our local schools and went before them and layed out our plans and guidelines. We speak at 4 schools monthly in our county to about 400 freshmen ladies. Each class has one facilitator that stays with the class through out the program. Our group of women meet once a month to go over our plan. We have grown in size this year which is extremely helpful.
